Senior Power Plant Commissioning & Construction Managers

Krishnan & Associates, Inc. (K&A) is working on a retained search assignment for a super critical unit being built by a large Independent Power Producer. The positions to be filled are on a fast track and as follows:

1. Commissioning Manager – Operations & Maintenance This position will be responsible for planning, execution & documentation of all site commissioning activities, through the various stages from pre-commissioning to construction to commissioning and start-up of the plant.

2. Construction Manager – Mechanical Erection This position will be responsible for successful progress & completion of all mechanical activities related to the plant in stipulated parameters of time, cost and quality and safe working condition.

3. Construction Planner The Construction Planner will interact with Central Planning Group Head and will assume overall responsibility for planning, scheduling, and tracking of construction activities. This position will take overall responsibility for construction performance reporting, and MIS.
